HOM4是用于光学精密镀膜机的宽光谱带域的光学膜厚监控仪。具有与HOM2-RT-S1相同的波长带域，测光方式也可以自动切换透过，反射模式。由于分光器的小型化实现了节省空间，成本的目的，设置空间与原来的HOM2系列一样。
